We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@rive.us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to make changes, but you can easily initiate a return once the item arrives.
Do I need an account to place an order?

How Can I Return a Product?
